Ava
Hygienist
Ava is an Ohio State University graduate and has worked in our office as a dental hygienist since 1994. She takes great pride in giving compassionate and quality care to her patients. Ava is married with three grown sons and several beautiful grandchildren.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, watching her beloved Buckeyes, and going to her family’s lake house.
JENN
Treatment Plan and Insurance Coordinator
Jenn is originally from Rhode Island, but we are glad that she moved with her family recently to Cincinnati. She works in our front office and enjoys seeing patients’ smiling faces. Her favorite part about our office is that we feel like a family and have a positive atmosphere. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter. She also adores her “grand puppy” named Dunkin.
Erika
Treatment Plan and Insurance Coordinator
When you enter our office, you will be greeted by Erika. She joined the practice over 20 years ago. She is eager to assist our patients; to coordinate their scheduling, insurance, and financial needs. She provides friendly, kind service and strives to make things run smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys many outdoor activities including traveling and spending time with family & friends.
PATTI
Insurance Coordinator
Patti has been working on the administrative side of the dental field since 2013. She has three married daughters, eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She enjoys taking bus tours and swimming, but her main hobby is going to Cincinnati Reds games. In 2024, she attended her 60th Opening Day Game!
Dana
Dental Assistant
Dana graduated from IMDT and joined our team as a chairside assistant in 2019.
She loves getting to know people, walking at the park, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Susma
Dental Assistant
Susma attended Northwest High School, and discovered her passion for the dental field through Butler Tech, where she earned her certification in 2024. She began working in our office part-time before she graduated and now is a full-time dental assistant. She has enjoyed learning and growing with every new experience, and has enjoyed the continuous opportunity to expand her skills while providing care for patients. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, exploring entertainment, and spending time in nature.
Jenni
Dental Assistant
Jenni was recruited into the dental field in 2017 when she was a patient at a dental office. She joined our team as a dental assistant after moving from the Pacific NW to Cincinnati. She has experience assisting chairside in various restorative procedures including RCT, implant placement, orthodontics, and general IV sedation.
She loves learning new things and meeting new people. She especially enjoys listening to podcasts, hiking, and hanging out with family.
Brooke
Hygienist
Brooke graduated from the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash with a dental hygiene degree. She loves getting to know the patients she works with and seeing them happy and satisfied when they leave. She appreciates that each patient in our office is treated with genuine care. Outside of the office, Brooke loves to travel and spend time by the water. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her two cats.
Vickie
Scheduling Coordinator
Vickie works behind the scenes, helping to reactivate patients! She works very hard and has helped many to get back to taking care of their oral and overall health. She also assists Erika with other various office tasks.
Vickie has three grandchildren and loves spending time with them. She also enjoys biking, hiking, swimming, travel, and volunteering time to help others understand the Bible.
Margaret
Hygienist
Margaret graduated from University of Cincinnati with a dental hygiene degree. She has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years, and during that time has enjoyed getting to know patients and seeing their dental progress. Margaret is married, and has two adult children. When she is not at the office, she spends time volunteering at her church, the White Oak Christian Church. She also enjoys camping, traveling, and rooting for the Reds and the Bengals!
Marjie
Insurance Coordinator
Marjie has been a part of our office for over 20 years as a dental assistant, bookkeeper, currently as an insurance coordinator. Our patients enjoy talking with Marjie before or after their appointments.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, and she enjoys playing pickleball.
